Description

Bioline Ultra-pure NTPs (Ribonucleoside-5’-tri-phosphates) are enzymatically synthesized from premium quality raw materials, using highly specific production systems, in our purpose-built facilities. The manufacturing process eliminates impurities such ribo-analogues and other contaminants commonly observed in other commercially available NTP products. Bioline NTPs are >98% pure as analyzed by HPLC and are free of DNase, RNase, Protease, Phosphatase and nicking activity.

The NTP Mix is a solution containing 25µmol each of ATP, GTP, CTP and UTP (pH 7.5) as sodium salts in a convenient mix at 100mM (total NTP concentration).

Storage Conditions

NTPs can be stored for 12 months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. For long-term usage, aliquoting is recommended.
